WhatsAPI Pro ("we", "our", or "us") is a WhatsApp Business API platform developed and operated by A1-Soft, based in Kuwait. We provide businesses and developers with tools to send and manage WhatsApp messages through the official Meta WhatsApp Business API.
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use our platform, including our web application, API services, and related tools.
By using WhatsAPI Pro, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information to operate and improve our services:
- Account Information: Name, email address, password (hashed), and company details provided during registration.
- API Credentials: WhatsApp Phone Number IDs, Business Account IDs, and Access Tokens required to connect to the WhatsApp Business API. These are stored encrypted.
- Message Logs: Records of messages sent through our platform including recipient phone numbers, message content, timestamps, and delivery status.
- Usage Data: API call frequency, feature usage statistics, and platform activity logs for billing and analytics purposes.
- Technical Data: IP addresses, browser type, device information, and server log data collected automatically when you access our platform.
- Subscription & Billing: Plan type and subscription status. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers; we do not store full payment card details.

How We Use Your Information
- Providing, operating, and maintaining the WhatsAPI Pro platform and services.
- Processing and delivering WhatsApp messages on your behalf via the Meta Business API.
- Managing your account, authentication, and access permissions.
- Monitoring API usage for billing, rate limiting, and plan enforcement.
- Detecting, preventing, and responding to fraud, abuse, and policy violations.
- Sending service notifications, security alerts, and administrative messages.
- Improving platform performance, reliability, and user experience.
- Complying with legal obligations and Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform policies.

Message Data & Recipient Privacy
WhatsAPI Pro processes messages sent by our customers to their own end-users. Our customers are responsible for obtaining proper consent from recipients, complying with data protection laws, and ensuring content complies with Meta's policies.
WhatsAPI Pro does not sell, share, or use recipient phone numbers or message content for any purpose other than delivering the messages requested by our customers.

Data Storage & Security
- All data is stored on secured servers with restricted access controls.
- API tokens and credentials are stored using encryption at rest.
- All data transmission occurs over HTTPS/TLS encrypted connections.
- Access to production systems is limited to authorized personnel only.
- Message logs are retained for up to 90 days, then automatically deleted.

Third-Party Services
- Meta (Facebook) WhatsApp Business API: All messages are transmitted through Meta's official API. Meta's Privacy Policy applies.
- SMS Gateway Providers: Used for verification and OTP delivery only.
- Hosting & Infrastructure Providers: Cloud hosting services used to run our platform.
We do not sell your personal data to any third party for advertising or marketing purposes.

Your Rights
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data.
- Data Portability: Request export of your data in a machine-readable format.
- Withdrawal of Consent: Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

Cookies
WhatsAPI Pro uses session cookies solely for authentication and maintaining your logged-in state. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. Language preference cookies are used to remember your preferred interface language (Arabic/English).

Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice within the platform. Continued use of WhatsAPI Pro after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
